明るくて可愛らしい Reyn(レイン先生)のインタビューです🎤
Could you please introduce yourself?
(自己紹介をして下さい)
My full and complete name is Reynelen Peligrino Itang. You can call me “Reyn” for short. I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I’ve been teaching English for 5 years both online and offline. I found it challenging, yet, fulfilling and rewarding.
私のフルネームはレイネレン・ぺリグリノ・イタンです。省略して「レイン」と呼んで下さい。私はホスピタリティ・マネージメント学部を卒業しました。英語は、オンラインとオフラインの環境で5年働いています。英語講師の仕事は大変ですが、充実感の得られるやり甲斐のある仕事です。
What are your hobbies?
(趣味は何ですか？)
I love exploring and learning new things. Basically I travel somewhere especially to the place that is somewhat unknown or unfamiliar to others.
新しい事を探求したり学んだりする事が好きです。他の人に知られてなく、馴染み無い場所などを旅します。
When is your birthday?
(誕生日はいつですか？)
My birthday is on the 13th of June under the zodiac sign of Gemini.
私の誕生日は6月13日の双子座です。
What is your favorite color?
(好きな色はなんですか？)
I’m always in love with color Gold. It is so classy and elegant.
私は金色が好きです。エレガントで優雅な色です。
What is your favorite local Filipino food?
(好きなローカルのフィリピン料理は何ですか？)
Aside from lechon which is our National food, I also like humba and pinakbet.
フィリピン料理であるレチョン以外に、フンバとピナクベットが好きです。
Where is the place to visit in Cebu that you’d recommend?
(セブ島でおススメの場所はどこですか？)
I would recommend Bohol island also known as the “God’s Little Paradise”. You’ll be caught off-guard by its mystery and charm.
神の小さなパラダイスと呼ばれるボホール島がおススメです。神秘性と魅力に心奪われるでしょう。
How do you describe your personality?
(自分はどんな性格だと思いますか？)
I’m optimistic, flexible and easy to talk with.
楽観的で、融通が利き、話し易いタイプです。
What do you want to become in another life?
(生まれ変わったら何になりたいですか？)
I’m not an educator in profession. So, in another life I want to be an Educator. I wanna be a good influence to my students not just to foreigners but also to my countrymen.
私の専門的な教育者ではないので、生まれ変わったら教育者になりたいです。外国人の生徒だけでなく、自国の生徒にも良い影響を与えられるような人間になってみたいです。
What inspired you to become a teacher?
(英語講師になろうと思ったきっかけは？)
My friends who are a public teacher and an ESL teacher influenced me a lot to become who I am this time. Their undying passion and motivation really touches my heart.
高等学校で英語講師をしている友人に、強く影響されました。熱い気持ちとモチベーションに心打たれました。
What made you decide to work at First Class?
(なぜFirst Classで働こうと思いましたか？)
I decided to work in FCI because I believe it offers services that goes above and beyond the ordinary. And also, it has a well trained and skillful people which I would like to work with.
素晴しいサービスを提供していると思ったので、FCIで働こうと決めました。そして、一緒に働きたいと思える、しっかり教育を受けた優秀な人材が揃っています。
Is there something that you keep in mind when you teach students English language?
(英語を教える時に気をつけていることは？)
I always keep in mind giving the utmost service that meets the school’s standard and customer’s satisfaction.
学校の水準、お客さんの満足度に見合うようなサービスを提供出来るように、常に心がけています。
Any message to future students?
(生徒の皆さんへのメッセージ)
To my future students, learning a new language is not easy. But if you have the passion of learning, nothing is impossible. Don’t hesitate to commit mistakes that’s pretty normal. I and other FCI teachers are willing to help you. We’ll make you fall in love with English and make you feel at home.
将来の生徒の皆様、新しい言語を学ぶのは簡単な事ではありませんが、学ぶ事に対しての情熱があれば、不可能な事ではありません。間違える事を恐れなくて大丈夫です。間違える事は普通です。そして私を含むFCIの講師に、あなたの英語学習のお手伝いをさせて頂きたいと思っています。アットホームな雰囲気を感じれるよう、そして英語学習が好きになるよう努めます。
